Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Direct customers to the correct department or personnel, notifying the appropriate Product/Service Advisor of waiting customers.
  • Handle telephone calls with confidence, minimizing hold times and ensuring accurate message taking.
  • Perform clerical duties and accounting tasks as assigned by Management.
  • Stay up-to-date on procedural changes for each dealership, maintaining a high level of knowledge and expertise.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, supportive work environment that fosters open communication and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated computer skills – MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well with internal and external customers.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A second language is an asset.
