The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Direct customers to the correct department or personnel, notifying the appropriate Product/Service Advisor of waiting customers.
- Handle telephone calls with confidence, minimizing hold times and ensuring accurate message taking.
- Perform clerical duties and accounting tasks as assigned by Management.
- Stay up-to-date on procedural changes for each dealership, maintaining a high level of knowledge and expertise.
- Contribute to a collaborative, supportive work environment that fosters open communication and teamwork.
Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated computer skills – MS Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well with internal and external customers.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- A second language is an asset.
