Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in customer service? We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Burnaby.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Burnaby customers. This includes growing sales by partnering with other franchise staff to provide outstanding customer service, recommending and selling solutions according to customer needs, and providing moving/packing quotes via our "Movers Who Care" system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recommend and sell solutions according to customer needs for moving services, boxes, supplies, and equipment
  • Provide moving/packing quotes via our "Movers Who Care" system
  • Enter, schedule, and coordinate customer moves and estimates
  • Data entry and clerical work
  • Proactively resolve customer concerns, complaints, or customer service issues
  • Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing

  • Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized
  • Strong logic and mathematical skills
  • Sales and call centre experience preferred
  • Confidence to initiate customer contact and comfortable asking for the sale
  • Basic computer literacy
  • High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary an asset
  • Legally allowed to work in Canada
