Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Coast Capital Savings is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, building strong relationships, and delivering a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with members, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and providing personalized advice and guidance.
  • Deliver a memorable experience for members, ensuring that their interactions with Coast Capital are positive and engaging.
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and service targets, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with Coast Capital's products and services, and maintain a strong understanding of the financial industry.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and files.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and supportive attitude.
