Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Team Coordinator to join our Gucci America Inc. team. As a Team Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales teams, and maintaining store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for clients.
  • Support sales teams in achieving sales goals, including preparing for client appointments, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with store operations, including inventory management, stock processing, and administrative tasks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Stay up-to-date on Gucci products, services, and company policies to provide informed support to clients and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service-related industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
