Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly and seasonal sales targets, developing and enhancing business relationships with clients.
  • Provide personalized client service, demonstrating a deep understanding of Gucci products and brand heritage.
  • Drive individual KPI goals, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction and quality of sales.
  • Capture and utilize client data to build relationships and identify future development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records, ensuring timely follow-up on sales and client requests.
  • Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and luxury market developments, providing expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a consistent and exceptional client experience, contributing to a positive working environment.
  • Maintain store security standards, ensuring the safety of clients, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising, adhering to Gucci visual standards.
  • Ensure a neat and organized stock room and understock area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • High flexibility and ability to adapt to different clients.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
