Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly and seasonal sales targets, developing and enhancing business relationships with clients.
- Provide personalized client service, demonstrating a deep understanding of Gucci products and brand heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction and quality of sales.
- Capture and utilize client data to build relationships and identify future development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records, ensuring timely follow-up on sales and client requests.
- Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and luxury market developments, providing expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a consistent and exceptional client experience, contributing to a positive working environment.
- Maintain store security standards, ensuring the safety of clients, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Contribute to visual merchandising, adhering to Gucci visual standards.
- Ensure a neat and organized stock room and understock area.
- Adhere to Gucci image standards and guidelines.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High flexibility and ability to adapt to different clients.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
