Job Summary

The Gucci Client Advisor is a key role within our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As a representative of Gucci America Inc., you will be the face of our brand, promoting our luxury products and values to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly and seasonal sales targets, developing and enhancing business relationships with clients.
  • Provide personalized service, demonstrating a deep understanding of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
  • Drive individual KPI goals, ensuring the highest level of customer service and quality of sales.
  • Capture meaningful customer data, using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future client development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records, contacting clients regularly and providing follow-up on sales or client requests.
  • Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and luxury market developments, sharing knowledge with clients and providing advice on general trends.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, fostering open communication and contributing to a positive working environment.
  • Maintain store security standards, ensuring the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising, upholding Gucci visual standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
  • Proven ability to drive results, build relationships, and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different customers.
  • High flexibility and ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
