We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Trubright Transportation Services. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations team by providing administrative support, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing meeting minutes, scheduling appointments, and responding to employee inquiries.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee information, office procedures, and inventory management.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, customers, and vendors, responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements
