Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Kahm Electrical Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Our office is located in a convenient location with public transportation available. The work environment is fast-paced, and the ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in this setting.
