Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Black Mamba Motors Freight Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our office staff, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Office Operations: Assist in the coordination and planning of office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise staff and oversee office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
