Job Summary

New 5 Electrical Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing periodic and special reports.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures, including overseeing the work of 3-4 people.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Windows.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The language of work is English.
