Bilingual Insurance Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the insurance industry.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for individuals fluent in both English and French to start a career in insurance. Our comprehensive training program will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand customer insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Quote and sell Home and Auto insurance policies.
- Assist new customers with their Home and Auto insurance needs.
- Service existing customers by updating their policies to meet changing needs and offering new products as required.
- Drive strong customer retention by delivering a world-class customer experience.
- Underwrite new business, policy endorsements, and renewals by gathering all necessary information for pricing and risk analysis.
- College diploma or university degree is an asset.
- OTL or RIBO license is an asset.
- Willingness to obtain an OTL (Other Than Life) insurance license—training and exam are provided.
- Sales and customer service experience.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
- Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written) to support clients in both languages.
- Competitive annual salary of $50K-$52K, with potential for increases.
- Annual bonus structure of 5%-10%, based on personal and company performance.
- 4 weeks of vacation and unlimited sick days.

Our training class is conducted together as a group, ensuring full support and guidance. The training class begins in October (exact start date to be confirmed). The training includes a 4-week program, with 2 weeks dedicated to on-site OTL licensing training (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm).
