Bilingual Mandarin/English Life Insurance Sales and Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented individual to join our team as a Bilingual Mandarin/English Life Insurance Sales and Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing personalized relationships with clients, educating them on our life and living benefits insurance products, and working with our agents to achieve marketing goals.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized telephone contact and a customer-focused approach.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals, while adhering to company underwriting standards.
- Work collaboratively with agents to establish and meet marketing goals, and to provide exceptional customer service.
- Utilize a customer-centric approach to educate clients on insurance options and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of life and health insurance products, including underwriting standards and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
