Clinical Research Associate Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our team in Burlington, Canada. As a CRA Lead, you will be responsible for independent work in setting up and monitoring studies, completing reports, and maintaining documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and monitor studies independently
- Prepare and review study documentation, including protocol and consent documents
- Balance sponsor-generated queries
- Take responsibility for study cost efficiency
- Potential training and mentoring of fellow CRAs
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 12+ months of monitoring experience as a CRA for a sponsor or CRO
- College degree in medicine, science, or equivalent
- Previous monitoring experience in medium-sized studies, including study start-up and close-out
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and ability to review and evaluate medical data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Availability to travel at least 60% of the time, both internationally and domestically
