Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at BNP Beauty Supply. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our brand and products.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement comprehensive communication plans to engage our target audience and drive business growth.
  • Prepare high-quality written materials, including reports, briefs, and website content, to support our marketing initiatives.
  • Publicize events, workshops, and other activities through various channels to raise awareness and generate interest in our brand.
  • Act as a spokesperson for our organization, representing us at industry events and conferences.
  • Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies to help them achieve their marketing goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to create buzz and excitement around our brand.
  • Gather, research, and prepare communications materials, such as press releases and media kits.
  • Initiate and maintain contact with media outlets and influencers to build relationships and secure coverage for our brand.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and tone.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Estimated Salary:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
