About the Role

As a Strategic Communications Professional at Mon Sheong Foundation, you will play a vital role in shaping the organization's English communications and marketing strategies. Reporting to the Director, Development and Communications, you will oversee the development and implementation of all English communications and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic communications plans to elevate Mon Sheong's brand image and promote its services, events, and fundraising needs.
  2. Oversee the preparation of high-quality English communications materials, including feature articles, press releases, letters, speeches, marketing collateral, publications, and digital marketing materials.
  3. Ensure the corporate website is up-to-date and engaging, providing professional communication to and engagement with the audience.
  4. Manage social media campaigns to enhance the Foundation's digital presence, collaborate with the PR & Brand Marketing Manager to strengthen mainstream media relations, and work closely with the Event Management team to coordinate and execute Foundation events.
  5. Collaborate with the Fundraising team to produce fundraising campaigns and assist in soliciting and stewarding corporate sponsors, donors, and prospects.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate communications and marketing, original writing and editing, and some public relations.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingualism in English and Chinese is an asset.
  • Demonstrated proofreading and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and oversee multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth.
