About the Role

The Director, Business Solutions will be responsible for providing vision and leadership to the LGECI B2B team in the motivation and sales execution of the Product Plan.

  • Identify growth opportunities and new markets for the B2B business.
  • Develop positive internal relationships and collaboration with all key stakeholders, including B2B's Business Unit, Headquarters, and the Product Managers who have direct responsibility for product development, inventory management, and sourcing of B2B products from LGE's overseas factories.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with sales channels and other sales partners. The successful candidate will have in-depth relevant work experience in direct and channel B2B sales, performance-oriented, with outstanding leadership and communication skills.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in sales and marketing organizations within the B2B space or related businesses. Key qualifications include:

  • Demonstrated strong success with direct sales and channel management/development, brand and proposition selling;
  • Experience working with a global enterprise with Headquarters directing local subsidiary with product line up and go-to-market expectations is preferred;
  • Prior experience in a key leadership role leading and growing a national or international company;
  • Key account and corporate account experience is required;
  • Has led significant new product launches and/or developed significant large corporate accounts;
  • Has demonstrated the ability to build and expand a sales business through channel;
  • Experience in planning within an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), closed loop environment is key: SAP, Oracle/JD Edwards, etc.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
