The successful candidate will be part of our Global Transaction Banking (GTB) division, which supports businesses with effective treasury management solutions and exceptional service. GTB's comprehensive suite of banking solutions helps clients streamline payments, improve working capital performance, and mitigate financial risk.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with 3-5 years of corporate banking experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and prospects, and a deep understanding of operational and enterprise risk management.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Director & Head, Trade & Working Capital Solutions and the Treasury Management Office (TMO) to identify and provide the most appropriate trade and working capital solutions for clients. They will contribute to the overall success of the TMO by executing client pitches, plans, and initiatives that support the bank's business strategies and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Championing a client-focused culture to develop tailored solutions that enhance the overall client relationship.
  • Collaborating with the TMO to provide trade and working capital solutions to clients.
  • Contributing to client and GTB business goals by providing solutions that retain and increase profitability while maintaining acceptable risk levels.
  • Identifying market trends that drive new opportunities and preparing and delivering client pitches, structuring and analyzing new transactions.
What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of relevant corporate banking experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of building strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • A deep understanding of operational and enterprise risk management.
  • Demonstrated experience meeting or exceeding sales goals as a top individual contributor.
  • Experience in credit analysis, risk assessment, and structuring.
  • Experience in contract negotiations with both clients and legal counsel.
Compensation Package

The salary for this role is estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
