Administrative Support Specialist

The Government of Prince Edward Island is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual administrative support worker to provide exceptional support services within various government departments. This role requires a high degree of accuracy, time management, organization, and interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide bilingual administrative support services with a high degree of accuracy;
- Receive and respond to incoming calls, arrange appointments, and make referrals;
- Perform word processing duties, including typing correspondence, reports, and memos;
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records;
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and related documents;
Requirements:
