Reservations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Spirit Ridge Owner Association. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of our reservations staff, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of reservations staff, ensuring timely and accurate processing of guest reservations and requests.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to reservations staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and reservation statistics.
- 2 years of experience in a reservations or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
