We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Spirit Ridge Owner Association.
Job Summary:The Reservations Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the reservations team, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and supervise the reservations team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of guest reservations.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- College/CEGEP education.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
