Reservations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Spirit Ridge Owner Association. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the reservations process, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and supervise the reservations process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of guest requests.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- College/CEGEP education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
