Job Title: Reservations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Spirit Ridge Owner Association. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Supervise and coordinate the front desk team to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes, handle guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, provide information on local attractions and services, and ensure that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.
  • Team Management: Hire, train, and evaluate staff members to ensure they meet the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked front desk and ensure business continuity.
  • Technology and Equipment: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient front desk operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: University or college setting, rural area, with relocation costs not covered by the employer.
