Salary Range


The base salary for this role is approximately $71,000 per year, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance. The total compensation package includes pay-for-performance programs and benefits such as health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.



Job Description


We are seeking a dynamic Project Controls Specialist to join our Renewable Energy team. As a key member of our project management office, you will be responsible for managing project controls for large-scale renewable energy projects, including schedule development, cost estimation, risk management, and scope control.



Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A 4-year university degree in engineering or a related field
  • Extensive experience in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and controls
  • Knowledge of project management software and tools, including P6 and EcoSys
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment
