Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at 2377829 Alberta Ltd. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, handle customer orders, and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, and lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
