About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill. As a Food Service Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food is prepared to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are positive and memorable.
  • Food Handling and Safety
    • Handle and store food in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
    • Ensure that all food is stored and handled in a way that prevents contamination and spoilage.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve our goals and objectives.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and management to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Will train.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

    • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
