Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at 2039398 Alberta LTD. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate dishwashers and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory and Stock Management
    • Receive and stock inventory, including food and beverages.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
Work Environment

Our dining room is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
