Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Jjam Management. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and ensuring that all food and beverages are prepared and served to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
