Role Overview

ATS Automation is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join their team. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to end-users, ensuring seamless system operations, and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line technical support for desktop hardware and software issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using various tools and methodologies
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies
Requirements
  • Post-secondary technology program diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3+ years of experience in IT support, desktop engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other related software
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
