Tundra Technical Solutions Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to join our team at Tundra Technical Solutions, a leading distributor of Air Conditioners (AC) and Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners (PTAC) across Canada.
About the RoleAs a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving growth by expanding market coverage and increasing market share. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and connect with potential clients, effectively convey the value of our products, and build a solid portfolio of clients. You will also work closely with our marketing team to enhance our visibility and surpass sales targets while fostering enduring client relationships.
This is a hybrid role based in Markham, offering flexibility for part-time remote work. The ideal candidate will have a background in inside sales or business development, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and products. They will be skilled at managing their workload independently and aligning with sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation and Closing: Convert inbound leads, pursue qualified outbound opportunities, and identify upcoming new construction projects to maintain a consistent pipeline.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the PTAC replacement market to ensure satisfaction and continued business growth.
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries, meeting established response time expectations, and deliver exceptional service.
- Accurately capture and organize sales and market data in CRM systems for effective tracking and analysis.
At Tundra Technical Solutions, we offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Our commission structure is uncapped, allowing you to maximize your earnings based on your performance.
