Job Title: Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team at Uptown Med Spa Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment:

Our office is located in a fast-paced environment, and we require our Administration Officer to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
