Estate and Trust Administration Professional

Royal Bank of Canada is a leading financial institution seeking an experienced Estate and Trust Administration Professional to join its team. This 12-month contract role offers a unique opportunity to work with valued clients, administer estates and trust accounts, and contribute to the success of the organization.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a minimum of one year of experience in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills are also essential. Additionally, the successful candidate will have successfully completed STEP Canada's Foundations of Estate and Trust Administration course (CETA1) or be obligated to complete it upon employment.
This is a fully in-office role that requires working 5 days per week at the Ottawa office location. As an Estate and Trust Administration Professional, you will assist Officers in all administrative functions, ensure accurate account information on internal systems, maintain written, verbal, and electronic communication, and investigate inquiries and administrative errors. You will also understand and follow all RBC processes and policies as required.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This comprehensive package includes bonuses, flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock where applicable.
