Estate Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Estate Planning Specialist to join our client's team in Ottawa. As an experienced professional in wills and estates law, you will be responsible for drafting legal documents, providing expert advice, and ensuring seamless estate administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting of wills, powers of attorney, trusts, and estate plans
- Providing expert advice on estate planning strategies and asset protection
- Recommending updates to estate planning documents based on changes in circumstances or laws
- Educating clients about legal processes and implications of their estate planning choices
- Maintaining client confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a law firm, specializing in wills and estates
- In-depth knowledge of wills and estates law and procedures
- Strong ethics, integrity, and ability to work independently or as a team
- Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Membership in the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
