Estate Planning Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our team at Merovitz Potechin LLP. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to grow their knowledge and expertise in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on estate planning, including wills, power of attorney, trusts, and estate administration.
- Assist clients with probate of wills, estate litigation, and other matters related to estates.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service and support.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a law firm, preferably in a Wills and Estates practice.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of wills and estates law and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong technical skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Membership in the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
About Us
