Job Summary

Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students of all ages and abilities to achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs and services
  • Work closely with centre staff, teachers, and parents to ensure student needs are met
  • Coordinate schedules, assessments, and learning programs for students
  • Liaise with community members, schools, and local businesses to promote our services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to parents and students
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
  • University degree in a related field (Social Sciences, Languages, Math, or Business)
  • Strong secondary school mathematics skills and additional language proficiency
  • Experience working in an educational environment with medium to large student bodies
  • Strong computer skills, phone skills, and customer service experience
