About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Producer to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a Marketing Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and delivery of marketing assets, including video and design materials, to support our game launches and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage the production and delivery of marketing assets, including video and design materials, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Guide and manage cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, and artists, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including game developers, marketing teams, and other departments, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage and track asset production schedules, maintain project management tools, and ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Communicate asset vision and creative direction to the team and stakeholders, and ensure effective communication throughout the production process.
  • Filter and prioritize feedback from stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication to the team.
  • Source and manage in-game assets from vendors, working closely with game producers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Initiate music licensing and composition requests, and confirm usage, timeline, and artist credits.
  • Send assets to the Legal team and ESRB for review, and ensure timely delivery of localized assets.
  • Sync with the Localization team to confirm on-time delivery of localization projects and assets.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in production, preferably in the games, animation, or VFX industry.
  • Proven track record of influencing creative excellence while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Experience working with developers and vendors, with a strong understanding of project management and asset production.
  • Ability to distill complex plans into clear and concise milestones.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
