About the Role

TOTEM RECRUITER is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Associate to join our team. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our client's brand and marketing objectives;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing strategies and campaigns;
  • Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media graphics;
  • Manage and maintain our client's website and social media presence;
  • Develop and send mass emails and newsletters to our client's database;
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights for improvement;
  • Participate in the execution of information campaigns and special projects;
  • Manage the inventory of products and promotional items;
  • Archive marketing materials and performance reports;
  • Coordinate the shipping and receiving of materials for internal and external events.

Requirements and Competencies

  • DEC or certificate in marketing, communications, administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent proficiency in French (spoken and written);
  • Basic knowledge of English;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Aptitude with content management systems and mass email software;
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
