About the Role

Cuso International is seeking a skilled Communications and Marketing Advisor to join our team in Lima, Peru. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content and developing effective marketing materials to promote our projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to promote our projects and initiatives
  • Create engaging content for various channels, including social media, email, and print materials
  • Design and produce visual materials, such as graphics, videos, and infographics
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Provide training and capacity building to staff and partners on social media and content creation
  • Write and produce stories to capture the impact of our work and share with stakeholders
  • Take photographs and videos to showcase our projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in content creation, marketing, and communications
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, video editing, and photography
  • Strong command of the Spanish language (written and oral)
  • Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of audiences and stakeholders
