About the Role
TOTEM RECRUITER is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Associate to join our team. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our client's brand and marketing objectives;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing strategies and campaigns;
- Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media graphics;
- Manage and maintain our client's website and social media presence;
- Develop and send mass emails and newsletters to our client's database;
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights for improvement;
- Participate in the execution of information campaigns and special projects;
- Manage the inventory of products and promotional items;
- Archive marketing materials and performance reports;
- Coordinate the shipping and receiving of materials for internal and external events.
Requirements and Competencies
- DEC or certificate in marketing, communications, administration, or a related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Excellent proficiency in French (spoken and written);
- Basic knowledge of English;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Aptitude with content management systems and mass email software;
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
