Job Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in supporting the company's business objectives by providing strategic HR guidance and expertise. The HRBP will work closely with senior leaders and employees to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement. They will be able to provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including labor relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior leaders and employees
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and goals
  • Manage and resolve HR-related issues, including labor relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to ensure employee satisfaction and engagement
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in human resources, organizational development, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, with a strong background in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement
  • Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and senior leaders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
