We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrator to join our team at Exporttek Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and ensuring that all office operations run smoothly.

This is a permanent position offering 40 hours of work per week with English as the primary language of communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Procedures: Implement new administrative procedures and review/evaluate existing ones to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Office Operations: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks as required.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional manner.
  • Evaluation and Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate office operations to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
