We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Norfolk County, Canada. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.
Job Summary:The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Schedule appointments and manage office calendars to minimize conflicts.
