Job Summary

The Government of Prince Edward Island is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Worker to provide administrative support services within various government departments and Health PEI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support services with a high degree of accuracy
  • Receive and respond to incoming calls, arrange appointments, and make referrals as needed
  • Perform word processing duties, including typing and drafting correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and telephone calls
  • Enter data accurately and maintain up-to-date records and file systems
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and related documents
Requirements

Candidates must possess excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a high degree of accuracy. A successful administrative support testing process is also required.
