Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate and timely administrative support services across diverse departments.
  • Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and facilitate appropriate referrals.
  • Prepare professional correspondence, reports, memos, and letters using proficient word processing skills.
  • Handle both incoming and outgoing correspondence and telephone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and file systems for seamless information retrieval.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and related documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
