Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - Detox and Addictions

EHN Canada is a leading provider of mental health, trauma, and addiction treatment services. We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in a residential treatment setting.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide medical care, recovery therapies, and everyday support to clients in our detox and addictions program. This role requires a strong understanding of nursing principles, medication administration, and patient assessment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct clinical nursing assessments and gather medical history
  • Administer medications and provide nursing care during medically supervised detox
  • Monitor vital signs and provide interventions for acute or chronic conditions
  • Document patient progress and communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Certificate in a recognized healthcare program
  • Valid First Aid/CPR certification
  • Clear Criminal Record Check
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License
