Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team at Edgewood Health Network Inc. As an LPN, you will provide medical care, recovery therapies, and everyday care and support to clients in our Detox and addictions residential treatment program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct clinical nursing assessments during patient intake and discharge processes
  • Administer medications and provide nursing care to clients
  • Support clients in recovery through various practical and therapeutic means
  • Collaborate with the nursing team and physician to ensure continuity of care
  • Document patient progress and behaviors in our electronic medical record system
Requirements
  • Valid and current LPN license with the College of Nurses of British Columbia
  • Trauma-informed training or experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
