Tour Guide Supervisor Job Description

At Universal Explorer Inc, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tour Guide Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition materials and supplies
Requirements:
  • Criminal record check

Experience:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years
