Business Development Representative

Job Title: Business Development Representative - Customer SupportOverview:We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in providing exceptional customer support. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Estimated Salary:$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:- Generate sales and provide customers with necessary materials
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Handle inbound calls, walk-ins, and outbound calls to promote selling opportunities
- Process billing and payments
- Maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, data entry, filing, copying, etc.
- Support contract administration and other duties as assigned
- 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a construction environment
- Sales experience is an asset
- Friendly and professional phone demeanor
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to multitask and attention to detail
- Team-oriented work approach with independent work capabilities
- Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
