As part of our growing team of business developers it is your responsibility to develop and grow our business and help customers succeed on their projects.
- Full responsibility for business development and ISC sales in Northern America (focus: Canadian market)
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and successful onboarding of projects
- Providing input and co-developing our go-to-market approach and operationalizing the business in the target country
- Developing and implementing acquisition strategies with developers, owners, architects, general contractors, authorities, the ready-mix concrete industry and any other relevant parties to increase coverage of InSite Construction

**What you bring to our team**:
- 5+ years of experience in construction industry and/or familiarity with construction process and methods, specifically focused on concrete works
- Demonstrated business development and sales/acquisition skills paired with high analytical skills and proven presentation and communication skills
- Existing network and regional experience in the relevant sectors is a strong plus
- International experience, high general willingness to travel and fluent in English (further languages a plus)
- Prior experience with IoT products, concrete technology and SaaS-type products is a strong plus
