Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our Commercial Marketing team in Saguenay, Quebec. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering commercial and consumer performance within an assigned geographical area.
Key Responsibilities- Manage your territory to deliver volume and market share targets that contribute to achieving national, regional, and district-level objectives.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by leveraging digital tools and assets to maintain strong business relationships, train retailers and staff, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Generate and maintain market demand for our multi-category products by ensuring adequate inventory levels, attaining distribution targets, and reducing out-of-stock situations.
- Collaborate on special projects at the provincial and national levels with your team of Territory Managers.
- Drive performance in a highly regulated market.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in marketing or a related field.
- Previous experience in an FMCG or global organization.
- Strong business insights, strategic approach, and account management capabilities.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Facility with digital tools and ability to interpret commercial data.
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and current legal right to work in Canada.
- Bilingual (French and English) with knowledge of English required.
