This position is integral to the Commercial Marketing division.
The individual will be accountable for driving commercial and consumer success within a designated geographical region.

This will be achieved by cultivating robust relationships with retailers and their teams, utilizing both commercial insights and digital resources to address consumer demands.

Local
Overseeing your region to achieve volume and market share objectives that align with national, regional, and district goals, through the effective execution of cycle activities across all product categories;
Providing an exceptional customer experience by leveraging digital tools and resources to sustain strong business relationships, training retailers and their teams to effectively convey our brands to consumers, addressing retailer and staff inquiries promptly, ensuring contract adherence, and delivering tailored customer and consumer insights to enhance performance;
Generating and sustaining market demand for our diverse product range by maintaining appropriate inventory levels, meeting distribution targets, minimizing out-of-stock situations, merchandising effectively, and ensuring competitive pricing across the entire product and brand portfolio;
Collaborating on special initiatives at both provincial and national levels with your cohort of Territory Managers;
Driving performance in a highly regulated environment.
1 – 3 years' relevant experience (e.g., marketing-focused role)
~ Previous exposure in an FMCG or global organization.
~ Strong record of extracurricular involvement (e.g., case competitions, academic groups, sports teams, etc.)

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and account management skills.
Proficiency with digital tools and the ability to analyze commercial data, identify business opportunities, and implement plans effectively.
Capacity to focus on long-term objectives while seizing short-term opportunities.
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline
Possess a valid driver's license in any province or territory of Canada.
Hold the current legal right to work in Canada.

Bilingual (French and English) - Proficiency in English is essential as the role involves interaction with customers and suppliers across Canada and globally.

Mobility and a willingness to explore Canada while advancing your career are advantageous.
